We are looking for Social Workers who have experience of working in Adult Social Care, Care Act and support planning.
The role will be to carry out assessments, so we need candidates who enjoy short term and fast paced work.
This is assessment work only ad hoc part time- submitting 8 hours per completed assessment once confirmed by the manager.
