Mbi Medical are pleased to be working with West Berkshire Council who are on the lookout for an Assistant Team Manager for Children & Family services on a locum basis
We are looking for an Assistant Team Manager in our busy Children with Disabilities Team. We are a team of social workers, OT’s and Family Support Workers who hold a variety of CIN, CP, CIC cases alongside complex court work. The successful applicant would be motivated to ensuring children have equal opportunities to thrive and access everything to support social inclusion and independence.
Managers need to be passionate about supporting a range of experienced staff, chairing meetings, managing performance and maintaining good standards. Applicants must have at least one year supervisory experience as a manager, sound understanding of safeguarding threshold and process and be a relationships based practitioner.
